3/4 : c Chopped cranberries
1/2 : c Chopped pecans
1/2 : c Flaked sweetened coconut
0: In food prcessor or blender process cranberries
1: in batches, until coarsely chopped: transfer to bowl
2: Stir in oranges with their juice, celery, sugar, onion, lime juice and ginger
3: Refrigerate at least 1 hour
4: toss with mint just before serving
