0: Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
1: Set aside
2: Beat yolks vigorously, then add cream and continue beating hard
3: Stir in flour combination and beat with a rotary or electric beater till smooth
4: Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites thoroughly and refrigerate for 1/2 hour
5: Bake in a preheated waffle iron until crisp and delicately browned
6: Number of waffles depends on size of your waffle iron
7: Serve with butter, warm honey or maple syrup
