450 : ml Vegetable stock

150 : ml Dry white wine

25 : g Plain flour

300 : ml Skimmed milk

100 : g Curd cheese

4 : tb Greek yogurt

1 : pk Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions

0: Position knife blade in food processor; add first 6 ingredients

1: Process until smooth

2: Chillat least 2 hours

3: Coat an 8" nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot

4: In other words, make the crepes

5: Spoon about 1/2 cup Crepe Filling on half of each crepe; roll uo, and place seam side down in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x2 inch baking dish

6: Sprinkle crepes evenly with cheese

7: Bake at 300F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts

8: Garnish, if desired
