Directions

0: Saute bacon til crisp, and chop fine

1: Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together

2: Add the bacon

3: Combine the egg, milk and bacon fat, and blend into the first mixture

4: Pour into buttered muffin tins, one-third full, and bake in a hot oven (425) for 15-20 minutes
