2 : Chicken breasts without skin
1/2 : c Butter or margarine; melted
3 : Chicken breasts; halved,
-boned : -boned and skinned
1 : /4 c Chopped cooked shrimp
3/4 : c Softened butter
1/4 : c Chopped green onion
1 : /2 ts Salt
Oil : Oil
1 : c Flour
1 : /4 ts Baking powder

0: Fry bacon crisp
1: Drain, reserve drippings and add oil to make 1/2 cup
2: Crumble bacon and reserve (you should have 1/2 cup crumbled bacon)
3: Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and sugar in medium-sized bowl
4: In a separate bowl, combine , milk and vinegar
5: Let stand 10 minutes
6: Beat eggs in large mixer bowl
7: Add bacon fat and milk mixture to eggs
8: Add cornmeal mixture and reserved bacon
9: Mix thoroughly
10: Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions, until brown and crisp
11: Serve hot
12: Waffles may be frozen for later use
