1 : lb Hamburger
1 : Onion, chopped
4 : 1/2 oz Can chopped chilies
1 : cn Mild enchilada sauce
10 : 1/2 oz Golden mushroom soup
10 : 1/2 oz Cheddar cheese soup
10 : 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup
10 : 1/2 oz Cream of celery soup
1 : pk Dorito chips
2 : Beaten eggs
3/4 : c Milk
2/3 : c Fine dry bread crumbs
2 : tb Grated onion
1 : ts Salt
1/2 : ts Ground sage
1 : /2 lb Ground beef
0: Peel and grate the potatoes on medium grater
1: Add the eggs, flour, salt and milk
2: Beat thoroughly until well mixed
3: Dice salt pork or bacon and fry until crisped and browned, in an iron frying pan
4: Leave fat in the pan, remove salt pork or bacon
5: Add the batter, spread in the pan
6: Scatter fried salt pork or bacon on top
7: Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes
8: NOTES : Try it first for a Sunday brunch with ham and eggs, or serve with whipped butter, maple syrup or warm applesauce
