Ingredients

2 : Eggs -- separated

1/2 : c Plain low-fat yogurt

3/4 : c All-purpose flour

1/4 : ts -salt

2 : ts Baking powder

1 : lb Milkcote or whitecote

-chocolte : -chocolte

1 : c Crunchy cereal

1 : lb Milkcote coating

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 450 degrees

1: In a large mixing bowl sift together cornmeal, with flour salt and baking soda

2: Add buttermilk, egg and drippings, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened

3: Pour into greased, hot 10-inch oven proof skillet

4: Bake 20 to 25 minutes

5: Serve warm, with butter
