1 : /2 ts Celery seed

1 : lb Fully cooked smoked sausage,

- : - cut in 2-inch chunks

6 : sm Red potatoes, unpeeled, and

1 : sm Onion, cut into 8 wedges

14 : 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatos undrained

1/8 : ts Pepper

1/2 : md Cabbage, cut in 6 wedges

1 : md Onion; Chopped (About Cup)

3 : Cloves Garlic; Minced Or

28 : oz Undrained Canned Tomatoes

Directions

0: In a large zip-lock plastic bag, combine ginger root, orange rind, orange juice, vinegar and soy sauce

1: Zip bag and mix thoroughly to make marinade

2: Add meat strips and place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes

3: Remove meat strips and add cornstarch to remaining marinade

4: Zip bag and mix cornstarch into marinade

5: Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat to medium high

6: Add meat strips and stir-fry for 5 minutes

7: Remove from skillet

8: Drizzle sesame oil over skillet

9: Add snow peas, bean sprouts, celery and pepper and stir-fry 3 minutes

10: Add steak strips and reserved marinade and stir-fry an additional 2-3 minutes

11: Mixture should be slightly thickened

12: Serve over rice
