0: Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet, 1 1/2" apart
1: Cover with plastic wrap, sprayed with Pam
2: Let rise until double, about 1 /12-2 hours
3: Streatch each roll to 5" before frying
4: Fry in fat at 375 F
5: until light brown
6: Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or serve with butter, honey or jam
