Ingredients

2 : Loaves Frozen white Bread;

Directions

0: Heat oven to 350^ F

1: Grease bottom only of 9x5 inch loaf pan

2: Beat eggs in large bowl

3: Add sugar, eggnog, margarine, rum extract and vanilla; blend well

4: Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off

5: Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened

6: Pour into greased pan

7: Bake for 45-50 minutes

8: Cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove
