1 : Egg
1 : tb Creole mustard
Juice : Juice of one fresh lemon
2 : ts Chopped garlic
1 : tb Prepared Horseradish
1 : c Vegetable oil
Salt; : Salt; to taste
0: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 400'F
1: Line twelve 1/3-C muffin cups with paper liners
2: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, baking soda, ground allspice and nutmeg in large bowl
3: Whisk apple cider, vegetable oil, maple syrup, egg and vanilla extract in medium bowl to blend
4: Add to dry ingredients and mix just until combined
5: Fold in grated apple, golden raisins and chopped walnuts
6: Divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups
7: Bake until muffins are brown and tester inserted into center of muffins comes out clean, about 28 minutes
8: Transfer muffin tin to rack and cool
