1/4 : c Butter or margarine; melted
0: Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of the flour
1: Mix on low for 10 min
2: Knead in remaining flour
3: Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie sheet
4: Brush top with Olive Oil
5: Top with chopped garlic
6: Sprinkle with Rosemary and coarse salt
7: Let rise again
8: Bake 375 degrees for 30 min
