1 : c Vanilla wafer crumbs
3/4 : c Soft butter
2 : c Confectioners sugar
2 : Egg yolks
2 : Egg whites
1 : cn (9-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained : -drained
1/2 : c Pecans or walnuts; chopped
Cherries : Cherries
1 : sm Onion; grated
1 : ts Cooking oil
1/2 : lb Ground beef, lean
1 : ts Salt
1 : ts Cumin
1 : Garlic clove; minced
1/4 : ts Hot sauce; to 1/2 ts.
18 : Tortillas; fresh
2 : c Cheese; shredded
0: Dissolve yeast in tepid water
1: Add sugar, olive oil, salad oil, and regular salt
2: Mix in 3 cups of flour and whip until the dough begins to leave the sides of mixing bowl, about 10 mins
3: I use my KitchenAid mixer for this whole process
4: Mix in remaining flour by hand or with a dough hook and knead dough til it is smooth
5: Allow dough to rise twice, right in the bowl, and punch down after each rising
6: Oil 2 baking sheets, each 13 x 18 inches, and divide the dough between the 2 pans
7: Using your fingers, press the dough out to the edges of each pan
8: Allow to rise for about 30 mins
9: and brush with the crushed garlic mixed with the oil for topping
10: Sprinkle the rosemary and kosher salt on top
11: Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 mins
