3/4 : c Soft butter
2 : c Confectioners sugar
2 : Egg yolks
2 : Egg whites
1 : cn (9-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained : -drained
1/2 : c Pecans or walnuts; chopped
Cherries : Cherries
1 : sm Onion; grated
1 : ts Cooking oil
1/2 : lb Ground beef, lean
1 : ts Salt
1 : ts Cumin
1 : Garlic clove; minced
1/4 : ts Hot sauce; to 1/2 ts.
18 : Tortillas; fresh
2 : c Cheese; shredded
0: Preheat oven to 425~
1: Sprinkle cornmeal over 10x15 baking sheet
2: Unroll and press dough to fill pan
3: Brush with 1 tb oil; sprinkle with Parmesan
4: Bake 5 minutes
5: With knife loosen crust from pan
6: In skillet heat remaining oil over medium heat
7: Add onion and garlic; cook 10 minutes
8: Add sugar, thyme, salt and pepper
9: Cook, stirring, 10 minutes
10: Spoon onion mixture over crust
11: Top with red pepper and olives
12: Bake 8-10 minutes
13: 186 cal; 9 gr fat; 44% fat
