1/2 : c Pecans or walnuts; chopped
Cherries : Cherries
1 : sm Onion; grated
1 : ts Cooking oil
1/2 : lb Ground beef, lean
1 : ts Salt
1 : ts Cumin
1 : Garlic clove; minced
1/4 : ts Hot sauce; to 1/2 ts.
18 : Tortillas; fresh
2 : c Cheese; shredded
0: Sharp cheddar cheese is recommended
1: Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order
2: Set "baking control" to 11 o'clock
3: Select "white bread" and push Start
4: In hot, humid weather, use 1/8 c less water
5: Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine
6: Sylvia's comment: a hearty, easy-to-slice bread, surprisingly good for sandwiches
7: I even used powdered buttermilk when I ran out of powdered milk with good results
