1 : tb Brown sugar

1 : tb Balsamic vinegar

1 : sm Bunc coriander

1 : tb Salt

2 : tb Raisins

1 : ts Honey

Pepper : Pepper

2 : tb Olive oil

Butter : Butter

800 : g Beef fillet

1/2 : c Olive oil; (100 ml)

175 : ml Red wine

4 : Pods garlic; peeled, minced

A : A few peppercorns; crushed

Salt : Salt to taste

500 : ml Brown sauce

2 : Tomatoes; diced

8 : Mushrooms; sliced

Directions

0: Stir first 4 ingredients together with spoon; drop by spoonfuls into simmering soup
