1/2 : c Unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 : ts Baking powder
1 : pn Salt
1 : c Beer; approximately
1 : tb Olive oil
0: Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl
1: Combine flours and next 3 ingredients, and stir into brown sugar mixture
2: Pour into a 13- x 9-inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray
3: Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
4: Cool in pan on a wire rack
5: Spread with frosting -- find a recipe for orange-cream cheese frosting below
6: Cover and chill
7: Garnish, if desired
