1: Heat oven to 350-F
2: Grease two 8 1/2 x 41/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pans

4: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl
5: With pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor fashion, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
6: Stir in pecans, dates and raisins

8: Combine eggs, milk and vanilla in small bowl
9: Stir into flour mixture until just moistened
10: Spoon batter into pans, dividing equally
12: Bake loaves in 350-F oven for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean
13: Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes
14: Remove to racks; cool completely
15: *For muffins: Grease twelve 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups
16: Bake at 350-F for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean
