1/2 : c Sugar
1 : ts Vanilla
2 : 1/4 c AII-purpose flour
Miniature : Miniature semisweet

Rolled : Rolled fruit leather; cut

0: Preheat oven to 350
1: Spray a 13x9" nonstick baking pan with cooking spray
2: Line pan with a sheet of wax paper over bottom and up sides of pan
3: Set aside
4: In a medium bowl, combine raisins and flour, tossing to coat
5: Add oats, almonds and sugar and stir to combine
6: Set aside
7: In a 1 cup liquid measure, combine remaining ingredients
8: Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened
9: Press mixture into prepared pan
10: Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes
11: Set pan on wire rack and let cool for 30 minutes
12: Invert pan onto work surface, discarding wax paper, Let cool completely

14: Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 12 equal bars, making 24
15: Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and freeze for future use
16: NOTES : * place rasinins in warm water and soak for 10 minutes to plump
