5: Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour
6: Spread in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan; cover
7: Let rise again in warm place until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes
8: Cut 14 cup butter into 12 cup flour, 12 cup sugar and cinnamon until the particles are the size of peas
9: Sprinkle over coffee cake
10: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown
