Ingredients

3 : c Graham flour

1/4 : Scant c

2 : sm Cups

1 : ts Salt

1 : ts Soda

Sugar : Sugar

Sour : Sour milk or 1/2 water

2 : pk (3-oz) orange gelatin

1 : c Boiling water

1/2 : c Cold water

1 : cn (6-oz) pickled peaches;

-chopped : -chopped

1/2 : c Peach juice

1 : pk (8-oz) cream cheese;

-softened : -softened

1/2 : pt Cream; whipped

Directions

0: Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt, ginger, baking soda, and baking powder

1: Combine egg, milk, and molasses

2: Add to dry ingredients, stirring constantly

3: Beat only until smooth

4: Add shortening, and fold in grated cheese

5: Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full

6: Bake in hot oven (425ø F) 10-15 minutes

7: 16 servings
