1: Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl
2: Add cheese and green onions and toss with fork
3: Beat half and half and egg to blend in small bowl
4: Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients and mix gently until dough forms
5: Divide dough in half
6: On lightly floured surface, flatten each piece into 3/4-inch thick round
7: Cut each round into 6 wedges
8: Transfer wedges to baking sheet, spacing evenly
9: Bake scones until tops are brown, about 25 minutes
10: Cool 10 minutes
11: Serve warm
