0: Prepare Honey Butter

1: Preheat oven to 350F (175C)

2: Butter a 9-inch square baking pan

3: Put Quick Mix, cornmeal and sugar in a medium bowl and stir to blend

4: Combine eggs with milk or water in a small bowl

5: Add all at once to dry ingredients

6: Blend

7: Add melted butter or margarine and stir to blend

8: Fill prepared pan

9: Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown

10: Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares

11: Serve hot with Honey Butter

12: Makes 8 - 10 servings

13: Honey Butter: Combine butter, honey and egg yok in a deep bowl

14: Beat with electric mixer 10 minutes

15: Store in refrigerator

16: Makes about 1 1/2 cups
