0: Heat waffle iron
1: In 1 quart measuring cup or small bowl, whisk yolks with butter and water
2: In medium bowl, beat whites until stiff but not dry
3: Put Griddle Mix in 2 quart cup or large bowl and stir in yolk mixture until just blended; do not overmix
4: Gently fold into whites
5: Pour enough batter into center of iron to cover 2/3 of surface
6: Close and bake until waffles stop steaming, 5 minutes
7: Serve immediately with maple syrup or Heavenly Lemon Marmalade or with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert
