Ingredients

1 : kg Medium size fresh shrimp

1 : tb Sugar

1/4 : c Hot water

2 : tb Lime juice

Directions

0: Rinse Currents in hot water, drain and dry on a towel

1: Cream butter until fluffy, add sugar and spice and cream thoroughly

2: Beat egg yolks until thick and creamy; add to butter mixture and blend well

3: Add one half of the flour and mix until smooth; add remainder of flour and mix until smooth again

4: Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites

5: Pour into 2 paper lined loaf pans (9x4x2

6: 5) and bake @ 350 deg for 1 hr and 25 min

7: Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick in center
