Ingredients

1 : tb Unsalted butter

1 : Yellow or white onion;

-chopped : -chopped

1/2 : c Minced fresh parsley

6 : Sun-dried tomatoes;

Directions

0: In bowl, combine flour, onions, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper and caraway seeds

1: Combine buttermilk, oil and egg; pour over dry ingredients and stir just until moistened

2: Spoon into 8 greased or paper-lined muffin cups

3: Sprinkle cheese evenly over tops

4: Bake in center of 375øF oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch

5: Let cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes; serve warm
