1/4 : c Butter or margarine; melted
0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1: Grease a 9x5x3" loaf pan (or use mini loaf pans)
2: Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices
3: Combine eggs, milk, oil, pumpkin and brown sugar
4: Stir in Chex and raisins
5: Add dry ingredients all at once
6: Stir just until moistened
7: Turn into pan(s)
8: Bake 50-60 minutes (for 1 large loaf) or until tester inserted in center comes out clean
9: Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
