8 : c Chicken Broth; salted

2 : 1/ lb Lamb; breast or rib chops
2 : lb Smoked ham; in 1/ inch dice
1 : lb Bulk sausage (Bob Evans)
1 : Onion; chopped finely
1 : c Bread crumbs
2 : Eggs; beaten
0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1: Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
2: Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside
3: Combine remaining ingredients
4: Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened
5: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
6: Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans
