Ingredients

-large : -large pieces

1 : ds Nutmeg

White : White dry beans just washed

Whole : Whole fried potatoes

Meat : Meat fried

Whole : Whole eggs

Rice : Rice fried

1 : Head round celery

Water : Water to cover

Salt : Salt

Pepper : Pepper

1 : Chicken breast; (2 halves),

-ground : -ground

2 : Garlic cloves; sliced

4 : ts Olive oil

2 : Sprigs Parsley; Italian,

-coarsely : -coarsely chopped

1 : Egg; slightly beaten

2 : tb Matza meal*

1 : c Warm water

8 : c Chicken Broth; salted

2 : lb Spinach; cooked and slightly

-drained : -drained

Freshly : Freshly ground black pepper

4 : Matzot; regular, broken into

2 : 1/ lb Lamb; breast or rib chops

Directions

0: Mix together 3 cups flour, potato flakes, sugar, salt, ginger and yeast

1: Heat milk, water and oleo to 120 degrees

2: Add to dry ingredients and beat on low speed 4 minutes

3: Addjuice, eggs and vanilla and then flour until it leaves the side of the bowl

4: Knead, adding more flour as needed

5: Place in greased bowl and let rise until double, 1 1/2 hours

6: Divide into 3 loaves

7: Place in round greased pie pans (deep)

8: Let rise until double

9: Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
