1 : c Warm water
8 : c Chicken Broth; salted
2 : lb Spinach; cooked and slightly
-drained : -drained
Freshly : Freshly ground black pepper
4 : Matzot; regular, broken into
-large : -large pieces
1 : ds Nutmeg
2 : 1/ lb Lamb; breast or rib chops
2 : lb Smoked ham; in 1/ inch dice
1 : lb Bulk sausage (Bob Evans)
1 : Onion; chopped finely
1 : c Milk
1 : c Bread crumbs
2 : Eggs; beaten
0: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir in pecans
1: In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well
2: Pour wet mixxture into dry mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened
3: Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8x4" loaf pans
4: Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 3500
5: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pans
6: In Hawaii they'd use macadamia nuts, but pecans or walnuts work just as well
