0: Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well
1: Add buttermilk; stir well until a dough forms
2: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 3 to 4 times
3: Pat dough into an 8-inch round cakepan coated with cooking spray
4: Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and bread is golden
5: Let cool in pan 5 minutes; loosen edges of bread with a knife
6: Remove from pan; let cool on a wire rack
