3: Sprinkle 1/4 flour on a board & turn the dough onto it
4: Knead gently, adding more flour if you need to
5: Let rest for 10 minutes
6: Knead again for a short time
7: Place dough in a 3 3/4"X7 1/2"X2" aluminimum foil pan
8: Allow to proof for 20 minutes
9: Preheat oven to 350F & bake for 40 to 50 minutes
10: Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out
