1 : lb Chicken breasts; skinless,

1 : lb Boneless beef sirloin
2 : lg Red peppers; cored, seeded,

1 : lg Zucchini; cut into 3/4 inch

0: Trim the crusts from the number of slices of day old bread that you will need for the meal
1: Cut the bread into cubes, the size you want
2: Melt butter in a skillet and cook the garlic until tender
3: Add the dried thyme and lemon juice
4: The amounts of each are to taste
5: Add fresh chopped parsley for garnish
6: Dip the bread cubes in the butter mixture and place the cubes on a flat cookie sheet
7: Place in a preheated 300øF oven and allow to dry out for 10 minutes on each side, turning once
8: Store in an air tight container until ready to use
9: For a variation try adding a little cayenne pepper for a spicy version
