0: Grease an 8x8x2 inch baking pan; set aside
1: Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk, cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon pieces, and honey
2: Stir until well coated
3: Pour into the greased pan
4: Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes
