1 : /2 tb Lime juice

1 : ts Kelp

4 : tb Water

1/2 : c Sesame seeds

3/4 : c Plain dried bread crumbs

1 : /4 ts Salt

1/2 : ts Pepper, and dried thyme

1 : lg Egg

4 : Skinned chicken breasts,

Boneless, : Boneless, cut in strips

3/4 : c Apricot preserves

1/3 : c Reduced fat sour cream

Homemade : Homemade Tamales

2 : Green onions

2 : Sweet pickles

1 : Dill pickle

1/2 : c Pimento olives

1 : Clove garlic

1/2 : Lemon; juiced

2 : c Mayonnaise

1 : ds Worcestershire

1 : ds Tobasco

1 : c Brown Sugar

1 : c Soy Sauce

Directions

0: * reconstituted dry buttermilk powder may be used instead of fresh buttermilk

1: Use 4 tb

2: dry buttermilk and 1 cup water for 1-1/2 lb

3: loaf (if using Welbilt/Dak machine, add 2 tb

4: more buttermilk as well)

5: Use 3 tb

6: buttermilk and 3/4 cup water for 1-pound loaf (for Welbilt machine add 1 tb

7: more buttermilk)

8: ** Use 4 teaspoons yeast for 1-1/2-pound loaf IF NOT USING RED STAR BRAND

9: One-pound size loaf measurement does not change

10: The egg and oats lend a wonderful rich, creamy flavor to this bread

11: Serve it with a crock of sweet butter and homemade preserves

12: Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start

13: After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing
