0: Cut soft margarine into dry ingredients
1: Add wet ingredients and mix just enough to incorporate
2: Do not overmix
3: Add oatmeal, raisins and cranberries
4: Spoon or drop onto paper-lined sheet pan
5: Wash with egg wash
6: Bake at 380 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes
