Ingredients

4 : Chicken breasts, skinless,

-boned : -boned

2 : cl Garlic; minced

1 : c Sour cream

2 : tb Lemon juice

1/2 : ts Paprika

1 : ts Tabasco sauce

1 : c Breadcrumbs

1/2 : c Butter

1/2 : c Cheap mustard

2 : Peeled and deseeded mangoes

2 : Limes (peeled)

1 : Lemon (peeled)

1/2 : c White vinegar

2 : tb (heaping) brown sugar

1 : tb Black peppercorns freshly

-ground : -ground

1 : ts Fresh ground cloves

For : For the dressing:

Directions

0: In a large bowl thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast

1: Combine potato water and margarine in saucepan

2: Heat over low heat until liquid is warm - the margarine does not need to melt

3: Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally

4: Add eggs, potatoes and 1/2 cup flour, or enough flour to make a thick batter

5: Stir in raisins and enough additional flour to make a soft dough

6: Turn out onto floured board

7: Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes

8: Place in greased bowl, turning dough to grease

9: Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk

10: Punch dough down

11: Turn out onto lightly floured board

12: Divide dough into 4 equal pieces

13: Shape each piece into a slender loaf, about 8 1/2 inches long

14: Put 2 loaves, side by side, in each of 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans

15: Cover

16: Let rise in warm place, free from draft until doubled in bulk

17: Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 35 minutes, or until done

18: Remove from pans and cool on wire racks
