1/4 : c Rice vinegar;
1/4 : c Soy sauce;
1 : tb Brown sugar;
2 : c Chinese vegetable mix;
2 : c Cooked rice;
1/2 : lb Butter
1 : /4 c White sugar
3 : Eggs
1/4 : c Milk
1 : ts Ground cardamon seed
4 : c Flour
3 : ts Baking powder
0: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in water
1: In a larger bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, honey, butter, herbs, baking soda and eggs
2: Stir in the yeast mixture
3: Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition
4: Cover and let rise about 1 hour, or until doubled in bulk
5: Stir the dough down with a spoon
6: Place in a well-greased 1 1/2 or 2 qt
7: casserole or ten 4" individual pie tins
8: Let rise 30 to 40 minutes, or until doubled in bulk
9: Bake at 350 F
10: for one hour for a large loaf, 20 to 30 minutes for small loaves
11: When done, turn onto a rack, brush top(s) with soft butter, and let cool
12: Yield: 1 large round loaf or 10 individual dinner rolls
