7 : sm Green Gumdrops; Cut In Half
1 : Tube Decorator Icing -

0: Grease mini muffin cups
1: In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients
2: Add the egg, milk, lemon juice, oil, and the chopped walnuts
3: Mix until moist
4: Do not overbeat
5: Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups
6: Bake in a 400 F oven for about 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
7: GLAZE: Mix 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar
8: Spoon on top of hot muffins
9: Cool
