3/4 : c Water
3 : c Bread flour
1 : /2 tb Dry milk
1 : ts Salt
1 : /2 tb Butter
3/4 : c Lemon Yogurt
2 : tb Honey
1/2 : c Almonds, toasted & sliced
1 : tb Lemon peel
3 : tb Poppy seeds
2 : ts Lemon extract
2 : ts Yeast
0: MUFFINS: Heat oven to 375 degrees
1: Grease bottom and sides of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, or line with paper baking cups
2: Mix oil, milk, eggs and pudding and pie filling with fork until well blended
3: Stir in baking mix, poppy seed and lemon peel; blend thoroughly
4: Divide batter equally among cups
5: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown
6: Cool 10 minutes; drizzle with Glaze
7: GLAZE: Mix confectioners' sugar and lemon juice (actually, 3 to 4 teaspoons) until mixture is smooth
