1: Combine milk and next 4 ingredients; stir well
2: Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened
3: Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray
4: Bake at 400 deg for 25 minutes or until golden
5: Remove from pans immediately; let cool on a wire rack
