3 : c Bread flour
1 : /2 tb Dry milk
1 : ts Salt
1 : /2 tb Butter
3/4 : c Lemon Yogurt
2 : tb Honey
1/2 : c Almonds, toasted & sliced
1 : tb Lemon peel
3 : tb Poppy seeds
2 : ts Lemon extract
2 : ts Yeast
0: In a large bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, oats, baking powder, and baking soda
1: In another bowl stir together egg whites, yogurt, brown sugar, molasses, melted margarine, and lemon peel
2: Add egg white mixture to flour mixture, stirring just till combined
3: Spray an 8-inch round quiche pan or cake pan with nonstick spray coating
4: Spread batter into prepared pan
5: Gently press star fruit slices into batter
6: Bake in a 350 oven about 30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean
7: Lightly sprinkle with granulated sugar
8: Cool slightly in pan on a wire rack
9: Cut into wedges
10: Serve warm
