0: Remove baking pan from large [2 lb] bread machine

1: Add to pan [in order] water, skim milk powder, butter, sugar, salt, all-purpose and whole wheat flours, garlic, basil and thyme

2: Sprinkle yeast over top, making sure yeast does not touch water mixture

3: According to manufacturer's instructions, choose cycle for powdered (or nonfresh) milk

4: When baked, immediately remove pan from machine

5: Remove bread from pan; let cool on rack
