1/4 : c Margarine -- softened
1/2 : c Buttermilk* -- at room
0: Recipe by: Colleen Porter Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1: Combine first five ingredients in a bowl; cut in margarine (with pastry blender) until like coarse meal
2: Add yogurt, stirring just until moistened
3: Plop onto a floured surface and knead 4-6 times
4: Make two balls, pat each until 1/2" thick (perhaps 6" across) and cut each circle into 6-8 wedges
5: Place each wedge evenly spaced on a cookie sheet which has been coated with non-stick spray
6: Bake 5-12 minutes, or until lightly brown
