Ingredients

1 : tb Plus /4 cup water

1/4 : c Light corn syrup

2 : tb Butter

1 : ts Vanilla extract

2 : tb Peanut butter

1 : ds Salt

3 : c Powdered sugar

35 : Unwrapped Kraft caramels

1 : c (or two 3.5 ounce packages)

Directions

0: Grease 9 x 13" shallow baking dish;set aside

1: In large bowl,beat together all ingredients except bread

2: Arrange bread slices so they overlap

3: Pour egg mixture over bread

4: Cover;refrigerate overnight

5: When ready to serve,preheat oven to 350 degrees

6: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes,until golden and fluffy

7: Serve with hot syrup or jam

8: Makes 8 servings
