Ingredients

1 : c Light cream

3 : tb 100% Pure Maple Syrup

4 : tb Confectioner sugar

2 : ts Vanilla extract

3/4 : c Heavy cream

1/2 : c Milk

2 : ts White rum; (optional)

1 : c Stem ginger; drained and

-finely : -finely chopped.

60 : Walnuts

1 : Egg White

1 : pn Salt

200 : ml Maple Syrup

240 : ml Double Cream

4 : md Apples, peeled and sliced

-(up : -(up to 5)

1/2 : c Maple syrup

1 : ts Cinnamon

1/2 : ts Nutmeg

1 : ts Cornstarch

Directions

0: Combine flour,yeast,sugar,salt,cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl

1: Heat water,mashed potato,and margerine until very warm

2: Butter does not need to melt

3: Add to flour mixture stir to moisten

4: Beat 3 minutes at med

5: speed

6: By hand stir in raisins and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c flour

7: Let rise 50 minutes to double size

8: Punch down, kneed

9: Divide in 1/2;shape each piece into a 9 inch roll, pinching edges to seal

10: Place seam side down in loaf pans

11: Let rise

12: Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes

13: Brush with butter and mixture of sugar and nutmeg
