Let stand for about 10 minutes

When hot, brush with a little butter

Pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup of batter on griddle

When the pancake is all bubbly, turn and brown on the other side

Keep your griddle very hot, but not on the highest setting

No need to add any more butter to griddle for additional pancakes

Just cook the pancakes and enjoy

If your griddle is large, you can do several pancakes at a time

Fresh berries, chocolate chips, chopped mangos, or whathaveyou, makes the pancakes interesting and different

Serve with pure maple syrup or spread on a little butter on each pancake and shake powdered sugar on top

Any way you fix these, they're winners! NOTE These are very good with Mary's Apple Pie Syrup
