1 : c Sugar; granulated

1/2 : c Flour; all purpose

1/4 : c Shortening; softened

2 : Eggs

1 : ts Coffee; instant

Icing: : Icing:

1/4 : c Butter

2 : tb Coffee;strong

1 : tb Milk

1 : c Sugar; icing

2 : oz Chocolate; semisweet ( sq)

2 : Servings of Stove top Chicke

1/2 : c White/cooking wine

Parmesan : Parmesan cheese

3/4 : Stick unsalted butter; room

Directions

0: Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well

1: Combine milk and egg whites, and add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened

2: Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray

3: Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean

4: Remove from pan; let cool completely on a wire rack

5: Yield: 12 servings (serving size: 1 [3 x 2-1/4-inch] piece)
