0: Preheat oven to 375F
1: Spray 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
2: In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
3: In medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, oil and molasses
4: Stir apple sauce mixture into flour just until moistened
5: Fold in carrots, raisins, pineapple and coconut
6: Spread into prepared pan
7: Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
8: Cool in pan 10 minutes
9: Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up
10: Cool completely
