2 : 1/ c Flour (up to 3)
1/2 : c Milk
1/3 : c Butter; NO substitutes
1/4 : c Sugar

1/3 : c Blanched almonds; chopped
0: Combine honey, Egg Beaters and margarine
1: Add the other ingredients mixing until smooth and the lumps disappear
2: Spray a griddle or large non-stick skillet with Pam Cooking Spray
3: Preheat the griddle to 325 degrees, or turn the heat to medium-high
4: Drop batter by 1/4-cupfuls onto prepared hot skillet
5: Cook about 1 1/2 minutes (until bubbles form)
6: Flip and cook another minute or so
7: Serve with warm honey and sliced bananas or the syrup or the topping of your choice
8: I like to slice a banana and heat it with honey to top my pancakes
